We had the chance to test the tablet for a week, in its standard 10.8-inch version (not Pro). The expectations have not been disappointed: it is a device dedicated to multimedia, which makes the audio and video sector its main strengths. Good panel, characterized by a remarkable brightness that makes it suitable for viewing content even in open spaces, as well as the speakers signed by Harman Kardon that are a guarantee.
In particular, when playing music, the tablet is at its best. The sound coming out of the speakers is rich and well balanced, without any distortion even at high volumes. This relieves the user from the obligation to rely on external speakers to enjoy their favorite tracks.
Instead, we did not have the chance to touch the physical keyboard or the M-Pen nib, if not briefly at the Milanese Experience Store of Huawei. Thanks to these two components, the device performs the function of a tool for moving productivity. It seemed particularly interesting to us the technology that automatically digitizes the notes and calculations written by hand (at the time of the launch it supports only the English language).
We are therefore faced with one of the best Android tablets in circulation. We can say that at the launch is unrivaled in the segment in terms of multimedia. Wanting to find a lack of the product is identified in the absence of 3.5 mm audio jack for headphones and earphones: a trend triggered in the smartphone territory and now come to infect that tablet too. However, an adapter to connect to the USB Type-C slot is included in the packaging.
