Are you looking for a new touchscreen tablet before summer, but you don’t know which model to turn to? With the arrival of the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite and the iPad Pro 11 “in our buying guide, you will have the keys to make the best choice.
The last two touch pads that toured our laboratories elegantly got away with it. The 11 “version of the 2020 iPad Pro as well as the all-new Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite go through the front door in our buying guide. The Apple tablet is positioned as the best, at present, on the market, while that of the South Korean company creates a trust and is in pole position of the best tablets at less than 400 €.
The 2020 edition of the iPad Pro 11 “does not shake up the formula of the Apple tablet. We find almost the same technical data sheet as the 2018 version. The ProMotion 120 Hz screen is back and will always delight drawing enthusiasts and graphic designers alike. This edition is distinguished by the addition of two new rear sensors: first, an ultra-wide-angle 10 megapixel module, then a LiDAR sensor added by Apple, which is nothing but a module dedicated to augmented reality, a sector in which the firm has invested a lot. Something new that can only be welcome, but which unfortunately does not by itself succeed in pulling the tablet towards the top, the photo part constituting a shadow on the board.
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has everything of a good versatile tablet at a lower cost. It arises as an alternative to the Galaxy Tab S5e, because it offers the possibility of using the S-Pen, stylus from Samsung. Unfortunately, the use of the Exynos 9611 gives it performance a little below what we are entitled to expect and its 8 megapixel photo sensor is not really usable. However, for those who want an inexpensive tablet and are also keen to make use of the stylus, this Tab S6 Lite cannot be a bad choice. Rick – our artificial intelligence – has understood this, and that is why it is placed on the podium of tablets under 400 €.
